Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order only if it has not yet been processed for shipping. Once your order status is “Shipped,” cancellations are no longer possible.

Shipping & Delivery

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).
Lost/Stolen Packages: Claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
